Who can help identify a vintage Hoyer 4-string Bass ?

Hello there !
I want to know all about a german vintage Arnold Hoyer bass .
Maybe you know the age , the modell name and a value ?!
Inside stands:
"Trade Mark , Arnold Hoyer, Made in Germany, 90 Years Quality, 010733. "
