The only problem you'll run into with books and lessons, is that as you progress, it will be a little harder for you to break out of the regimen and develop your own style. I already know that a lot of people disagree with this and may respond saying so, but friends of mine that I know who take lessons all have the same problem. They know more random chords and tidbits here and there than I do, but when it comes to creating original pieces, they have nothing to show.

Any of those books/tapes/videos that you've listed, that will just show you the basics and then leave you to your own experimenting, is the one you ought to take.

i own a few guitar lesson books, and i came across fretboard logic, it's unlike any other book. CXO mentioned you get stuck in these processes, i totally agree, this book is mainly to show you your way around the fretboard so you can improvise, and come up with original shit easily. it also teaches you music theory without all this crazy confusing crap.

Here is a really good review of Learn and Master Guitar and Jamorama. They have video & user reviews here. I bought LMG based on these guy's reviews and I have to say I am VERY happy with my purchase.
