I use dunlop jazz III 1.38 their graet for jazz and even better for rock/metal

I like thin picks about 0.8 or thiner, mostly fender and planet waves.

heavy fender picks or jim dunlop nylon picks.. i forgot the size but theyre the dark grey ones if you know what im talking about.

cut up credit card
...my picks got lost in transit once before a gig so i made my own out of a credit card. never went back. amazingly i still haven't lost/dropped it and that was over a year ago

Dunlop medium Vinyl or Tortex pics. Sometimes thins for accoustic though.
