Washburns in general are very high quality, very reliable.

My band mate had one of those, so I personaly played it only a few times. It sounded pretty decent (for the cash) and was quite comfortable to play as far as I can recall. But personaly I would gether a little bit more cash and buy a Fernandes Vertigo X - an excellent guitar for the price and it looks like a killer Very Happy

I heard an opinion that washburn value packs are quite decent, not like ibanez or squire.

my friend has one of those, I have played it quite a bit, to me it sounds a little like a fender, plays similar, not really my feel, but its decent, I just can't seem to get a tone I truly like on it though, to me any guitar is good if you play it a couple times and it feel right.
