vintage vox, cant find model?

Postby voxman » Mon Aug 20, 2007 7:10 am

half way through working on my dads old guitar, cant find out what model it is. All I know is its vox and old. The body has been reshaped by my dad a few years back, so i'm guessing the original design looked a bit different. Any info on this guitar would really help, cheers:)

hmm. I've been looking on the vox museum site http://www.voxamps.co.uk/museum/guitar1.asp
and it looks like it could belong in the delta or phantom series, but chances are you will really have to dig.
Current Setup: Stratocaster -> Tuner -> Wah -> Delay -> Vox AC30CC2 -> Your Ears

I thought too that it might be a Phantom, It also looks like Dad put a fender neck on it.
