I was given a giant electronic organ that I'm sure is going to be a lot more trouble than it is worth, seeing as how it is probably at least 1000 lbs, and it requires some assembly. I think it is more of a church organ than a rock organ, but either way, I have no interest in it whatsoever if I cannot use it life, which is a definite no, due to the unbelievable bulk of the organ.

I have the option of giving it back to the guy, but I noticed what appeared to be about 50 tubes on the underside of the organ. If I could manage to salvage these something tells me it would be very lucrative. Does anyone know if these tubes could find a home in a guitar tube amp?

The organ is Baldwin A10

I think those have 12ax7 in it those can fit in any amp. but the rest you will have to dust off the tube(if dusty) and find the type of tube it is and search for an amp that will use that type of tube.

I have a Lowery Heritage organ from the 50's with 64 tubes in it. I got it at Salvation Army for $100. It's actually the same year and model the Beatles used for "Lucy in the sky with diamonds". It worked for a while but is now dead. The great thing about this is it's loaded with the holy grail of tubes - RCA's. Now most of the tubes in it are worthless for a guitar amp, it does have about 8 12AX7's (the most commonly used preamp tube) as well as 2 12" and 1 10" Jensen speakers (the most coveted speakers). Score!
