Please tell me if this is the wrong forum, I didn't know where better to ask this.
I'm transcribing a Barbara Dennerlein composition for my Big Band. However being a pianist I have virtually zero experience transcribing guitar chords by ear and find it very confusing. I don't have access to an offline guitarist (

It's a one-bar pattern that starts about 18 seconds into the song in the left stereo channel. The song is in G minor (the chord from the piano is a Gsus4), and I already have the rhythm notated. I also know that the top notes are Bb and A, but I don't have a clue what kind of a chord the guitarist is playing under them. Is it a plain G minor, or some kind of upper triad structure of a dominant 13th voicing? At first I thought he was just playing single notes, but there is more there ... somehow.
Thanks a million for your patience, and please give me directions if this was the wrong place to ask this!
