Yes; That would be "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple. After 34 years I still know it note for note. I think "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath was the next one.
I've yet to learn any solos, but until recently I'd only ever played acoustic - mostly folk-type songs. I've yet to decide what I want to learn for my first solo.
Usually its more fun to figure out what the soloist is doing than it is to memorize a solo. Unless you are a cover band its not useful to know other peoples songs unless it helps you learn.
Contrary to popular belief most people don't think you're cool just because you can play a solo. Especailly if this is a solo from Black Sabbeth/Ozzy, Led Zepplin or Pink Floyd etc. Never pay to impress, because it makes you look like an idiot.

The question was what was the first solo so I wrote what my first solo was. No need to bash my skillz, you don't learn improv as soon as you pick up the guitar! ( although it would be amazing)
It really doesn't matter what solos from which songs you learn. You really just need to practice your scales and arpeggios. That's all soloing is, knowing the scales and how to use them.
