Ok so it's sunday and I played at church today and usually leave my amp on during the preaching and small groups.... but today during small groups i started hearing this weird rumbling static noise coming from the stage and i figured out that it was my amp.... i quickly turned off the amp and turn it back on and the noise quickly disappeared . the volume on my strat and volume pedal was downn so if anyone knows please feedback??? thanks :]

First, I need the make/model of the amp to help diagnose the problem. The issue could be a resisitor or a tube, but knowing what amp it is will make it a lot easier.

has the noise ever come back ?
