Read the manual. I can't remember how to do it off the top of my head but it tells you all about adding hardware and interfaces and whatnot in the manual. That program came with my firebox. It's a decent program I guess, but after you save so many MP3's you have to buy an update to be able to keep saving MP3's, and I can't find that anywhere.

I have a alesis multimix16 usb and it came with cubase... i think its garbage... i picked up cool edit pro 2.0... Well what you do it right click the sound options in your task bar (the little speaker icon) and the little screen will pop up with two options click the advanced pone and go to voice and switch the recording to usb interface... I was just dicking witht his same thing yesterday. and good luck.. I love my board.

No one reads the stinkin' manuals.

By the way, if you get it figured out, let me know how you like the MultiMix. One of my friends is selling his and I might want it if it's worth it.

you are right about that ... nobody ( including myself ) seems to R.T.F.M !

i hate reading manuals ... they give me a headache :(

i figure if i cant just figure it out by fiddling with it , then its too complicated for me to use anyway ;)
