Well, it depends on what style you play, im guessing metal but it depends how fast you intend to play, the jackson will have a faster neck but unfortunatelly the cheaper jacksons have an awfull bold on joint that really inhibits your playing to the higher frets while i believe the schecters are set necks and this problem is near to non existant, however the action should be a couple of mill lower on the jackson and the build quality slightly higher. Personally I dont like the warrior series, they are uncomfy and unbalenced, and my personal choice would be a hellraiser c1 without a floyd rose as the trem that you would get would be cheaply made and a royal pain in the arse. You loose a hell of alot of tone and sustain with the FR system, and they the only ones that i think are worth havign are the Us made speedloader, ibanez ZR, ibanez edge zero, kahler or steinberger. Basically schecter pay royalties to FR to use the design, official Fr trems are good, but because of the low price guitar manufacturers use crappy metals and poor quality parts, a TOM (tune o matic) bridge is pretty hard to go wrong with.
You could also try a peavey V type, the guy out of Lamb of god played one, its neck through and Fr or string through with nice pups.

I hope I have helped, pm me if you want more info.
