Name your gear, what was the best buy?
What amps, pedals, guitars, rack gear do you have? i'm sure there has already been a thread with this, but oh well!
and are any of you members of ultimate-guitar community?

The first set of equipment is mine, the rest is mostly my dad's but I do have access to all of it. I have a few half-finished demo's up at myspace.com/orthmusic. They we're just random takes though, I haven't posted anything completely finished or with vocals. Or with real drums for that matter.

i would say that my best buy was my Sovtek MIG 60 head for $50, or my Peavey VTM120 amp and matching 4X12 loaded with Celestion G12K85's for $400.
those two days were super lucky ones for me...i just stumbled onto both of them , and was lucky to have cash in my pocket

Those are some serious effects!
And I forgot about the "best buy" part. I'd go with my Carvin amp. I've talked about it before but for the price, it cannot be beat. It's the best solid state I've hear dyet, second only to the Roland Jc-120

I didn't notice the Artcore... if that guy comes back and reads this he has to give me a 10-point critique on it for me.
I also lef tthis stuff out... since I went ahead and just included every piece of musical nonsense in our house, I should list my dad's other amps and cabs and whatnot.
Magnatone Custom 280-A
Magnatone Troubador Model 213
Rex by Magnatone 4-watt 1x6/8 (?)
No-name fuzzbox-style 112 (from eBay)
Fender 410 cabinet (amazing)
There's also some other little "Airline" 110 or 112 amp I found sitting behind his rack a couple days ago. I would pull it out and take a better look but I don't feel like it. I've added enough crap to this list as it is

Ha, all of it ...well OK most of it.
Chuck I know you won't list your stuff because it would take you a week to type it all out.

thats more than i can say about many professional musicians using multi million dollar studios.
i cant wait to hear your finished versions.
