Yeah, I sometimes have trouble with my, dare I say it, G-string. ZiggyPaul hit the nail on the head. Bringing your guitar into a guitar shop to have the intonation set doesn't always gaurantee that the problem is solved. Getting a tuner and learning how to set it yourself is the best bet for getting the results you want.
