Hi guys, it turns out that there are some legitimate ways to use the internet to donate to charity at no cost to you (they are advertisement based). Please bookmark these pages and make a point to spend 5 mins a day on them (that is really all it takes, even though it looks like a lot of links).
Goodsearch.com:
http://www.goodsearch.com
This is a search engine powered by yahoo (so pretty good results) that donates a penny per [legitimate] search to the charity of your choice. Mine is "Gospel for Asia"
These you can click once every day:
http://www.thehungersite.com/clickToGive/home.faces?siteId=1 (click through the tabs to donate for other things too)
http://www.thebiblesite.org/
http://www2.povertyfighters.com/ (You can actually click this one twice per day)
http://children.care2.com/ (click through the tabs to donate for other things too)
These are also click once per day, but they are not in English, you can probably figure them out:
http://www.pajacyk.pl/
http://www.porloschicos.com/PorLosChicos.NET/
http://www.straatkind.nl/ (this one requires a capecha code that you have to type out four visual letters. in my experience the system will automatically mark it incorrect the first try, but you press the link that says "heir" and try again and it is right.)[/b]
Thanks everybody
