I think that Fender loves Fender . Hot Rod Deluxe is better for different styles of music. I played on it and im really fascinated. I think is one of better amps (blues) in this price.

Fender Hot Rod Deluxe vs. Peavey 30
Is it the Peavey Classic 30?
Thats a well sweet sounding amp too.
Probably will get you abit more gain for the rock stuff than the fender if your using the amps overdrive.

I haven't played peavey yet. I think I should try classic 30. Do you know how much it cost? Do you have some links to good shops?

I own a deville which is the 4x10 version of the 1x12 hot rod deluxe! I LOVE IT, put some mesa tubes and a vintage 30 speaker and you have a great lil amp. they are work horses too. I never have had a problem and never been let down.

 HOT ROD 2X12 60W
I got a hot rod 2x12 there a couple of months back, was surprised by the amount of power that it produced. really nice tone on the clean channel and the drive channel's were ok but i use a BOSS GP20 to get that extra crunch on them. I paid just over 900eur for it and i don't regret it.

Iv sold an amp on ebay before but I had to get the buyer to pick it up. But I theres probablly plenty of folk that aren't as trustworthy as me!
If you definitely wanted to buy online sometimes you can find cracking deals on online stores...often on par or better than the deals going on ebay. At least then you're covered more if something goes wrong.

Fender Hot Rod Deluxe definitely.
The only Peavey amp I've ever tried and liked was modeled almost exactly after the Hot Rod anyway, i forget the model name, it was in a vintage shop and had a tweed cover to it... hmm dunno.
But I have had a hot rod deluxe 1 12" for a long time and it really has never let me down.

i've got a deville 212, and i LOVE it, if the deluxe is even half as good, it'd be brilliant.

 Fender or Peavey?
Get a Peavey Delta blues, its 30 watts all tube with a 15 inch speaker. best amp on the market. its got more low end than my friends Fender 4x10 model. it kicks and the clean channel is better than the fender. I think fenders sound tinty and I cant get a good sound out of it as would a peavey.
they rock, and so should you.
Go Peavey you wont regret it.
Adam.
