Effects Settings

Does anybody know of a website where it shows what settings that you have to use to create a certain bands sound on a effects pedal. I just bought a Zoom G1 and it is amazing, and it has alot of presets, i was just wondering what i would need to set the Comp/EFX, Gain, MOdulation, etc... at. Thanks
