Building Custom Guitar

Postby Zjohnson » Tue Feb 12, 2008 12:31 am

Hey, so i am building a customized guitar using the body of an Ibanez RG220. i am looking at floyd roses and i need to know if i will be able to fit the floyd rose pro in the body. if so, is there anything else i need to in order to set my guitar up for it?

The Floyd Rose pro should fit in just fine. and should come with everything you need unless your buying it off of ebay then you may need to get the locking nut. If you have a reg. neck then you could just get the locking tuners

Hey, did I start a new profile here last night while I was asleep, and ask that question?

I have a custom ibz 220 b too, that I'm working on, and it would really profit from a new trem. But I was thinking more in the line of an Edge Pro or something similar, even though I've heard that I'd probably need to make adjustments to the body.
It needs more cowbell! =)
