i wonder if someone here knows if boss is going to release a new GT multi effect processor soon
I know there is the NAMM two months from now and i want to buy the GT-8 but i wonder if i should wait and see if boss will release a new GT...

I don't work for Boss or Roland, but my guess is that since the GT-8 is relatively new, it'll be around for a while. It's not like software or processors. If I had the dough, I'd totally upgrade and get a GT-8 to replace my GT-5 that I still use daily. Awesome gear.

anything boss is good stuff. what you might want to do is to either email or call boss or roland and be like, this is what's going on and see if they tell you anything

And the GT-8 is 2 years or more out in the market, and my main source for this suspicion is because POD released the new X3...
