Audio File converters

Yo guys,

Anyone know any good audio file converters? or have experience with any good ones?

Aiff > Mp3

Wav > mp3

any kind of converters really.

Usually for just wav to mp3 I use iTunes. For other conversions I use WavePad http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/masters.html. for Editing I use Garage Band and sometime Sony Soundforge.
