One band-2 different brands?

If one band had one B.C. Rich and one Ibanez would it still sound good?

the guitar model doesn't matter all that much as long as you guys are locked in with each other. however, it would be good to have one crunchy and one raunchy sound to compliment each other

Brand is not important, sound is.

It doesn't matter what brand or model of guitar your players are using so long as what they do compliments each other.

having multiple styles, brands, models, etc will help to widen your sonic footprint and make a much "larger" sound for the band.
