Top of the list is definitely lack of practice. I'm working towards practicing everyday, or hell... just making the time everyday to pick up the guitar and play for a substantial amount of time.
Broken strings are a bitch, especially before a show. Putting on new strings the day before a show and not breaking them in... also REALLY sucks. My guitar has never sounded so bad.
To be honest one of my biggest pet peeves is how expensive equipment is. I mean I get why it costs so much, I just feel like I never have enough money to purchase the equipment I want... and in some cases NEED.
Also getting any cuts on your fingers, Especially on the tips of your fretting hand... damn shears.

lol That would be it story starting out a young boy born in a blizzard started up when he was 8 to be the next Ace Frehley only to give it for drums because he didn't like John Denver Tunes then to drop Drums because they was just to damn expensive to bass because he was bored back to guitar where he jumped right where he left off and is now the guitar whore we see today just can't get enough guitars to please him...lol   G/F maybe getting me a BC Rich Beast

Come to think about it.. I am always having trouble with my G String (3rd string), always going out of tune, and from that then my whole guitar goes about a semitone out of tune.

Oh yeah and not being able to find a size 3 alan key when all you can find is 4 or 2.
