A couple.. But I use this scale most times..

E ------------------------------------12-15-----
B -----------------------------12-15------------
G ----------------------12-14-------------------
D ---------------12-14--------------------------
A --------12-14---------------------------------
E -12-15----------------------------------------

And also these..

E ------------------------------------------------
B ------------------------------------------------
G ---------------3-5-----------------------------
D -----------3-5---------------------------------
A -----3-4-5-------------------------------------
E -3-6--------------------------------------------

E --------------------------3-5-------------------
B ----------------------3-5-----------------------
G -------------0-2-3-4---------------------------
D ---------0-2------------------------------------
A -----0-2----------------------------------------
E -0-3--------------------------------------------

I've been playing those scales back and forward for a while now..

Are you creating new solos, or are you covering some...if you...are...slowing it down really is the best advice...I started the "Speed Training" thread, and to be honest with you that's what it takes...sometimes it takes a while to master...i'm still gradually making may way up to speed for that solo, it's all about patience and hard work...

looks like the pentatonic minor and blues scale first one is a E pentatonic second one is a G blues and last one is a E blues and can be moved anywhere on the neck.

here is a A pentatonic

--------------------------5--8--
---------------------5--8-------
----------------5--7------------
-----------5--7-----------------
------5--7----------------------
-5--8---------------------------
see how it has the same pattern
now lets do the

A blues

---------------------------5--8-----
----------------------5--8----------
----------------5-7-8---------------
------------5-7---------------------
------5-6-7-------------------------
-5--8--------------------------------
that adds the extra note to make it a blues which has both flatted 5th and natural 5
and they are shown above as the 6 and 7 on the A string and 8 on the G string and 5 of the B string
A lick to know

-8-P-5------8-P-5--------------------
-------8-P-5------8-P-5--------------
---------------------------------------
---------------------------------------
---------------------------------------
---------------------------------------
the P is pull off which is when you place both fingers on the notes to be sounded Strike the first note
and without picking pull the finger off to sound the second note.

lol yeah I rather learn the stuff by ear but most of the tab doesn't tell you the theory behind the stuff that is being tab. like what makes a pentatonic a pentatonic which is the 5 notes that make it from the Aeolian scale the 1,flat 3, 4, 5 , flat 7
