Shouldn't do any damage, but you might need to keep the levels down to prevent feedback. And you're probably going to want to use it on a clean channel!

I don't have an acoustic amp, so I run my electro-acoustic through my Laney LC15R all the time. I've never plugged it into my Peavey JSX stack though (although I do use an acoustic simulator pedal with that head - similar sound but without the feedback )

It'll be fine. Acoustic amps are really just designed to make acoustics sound more like an acoustic. A bunch of technical stuff, really. Don't worry about ruining your amp.

Not to worry, Fender Twins are pretty indestructible.
The thing you don't wanna do is try to play a BASS through it. That may be what you're thinking off.

It might sound tinny or treble-y though, so be aware of possibly having to EQ it differently.
